Registration Instructions
How to Register your Project for the Fair
- Use the ISEF Rules Wizard (link is below) to help you determine what forms and approvals are necessary before beginning a science fair project intended for competition at an ISEF-affiliated fair or the Intel International Science and Engineering Fair.
- Fill in the required ISEF forms (such as 1, 1A and 1B) from the ISEF website Forms can be sent as separate PDFs but we prefer that all the ISEF forms for your project be sent together in a single PDF. The PDF filename should include your registration code number and last name. For example, "SJ9999-XX Smith, Jane.pdf"
- Enter your project registration info on this website. You can edit this information again to make changes before submitting your registration.
- Enter your project abstract. We recommend using a word processor to edit it, then copy and paste it into the registration form.
- Preview your abstract to verify that the PDF layout is correct. Some special characters and math symbols will not be displayed correctly if pasted from a Word document.
- When you've finalized your abstract and registration form, click on the FINALIZE button and follow the instructions.
- When you're finished with your session, make sure you LOG OFF, if you're using a school computer or a computer that others also use.
- The entry fee for GNSEF is: $25 per student, and for team projects of two students, $30. Payment MUST be sent to the address below by the registration deadline.
